  2. Responsible for the work of one or two engineers.
  3. Responsible for a region/market, engineering design, or optimization.
  4. Proficient in the use of design tools, such as CellCAD, Wizard, Odessey, etc.
  5. Able to interact with vendors and clients, regarding engineering issues pertaining to his/her assigned market.
  6. Make presentations for the management, on topics related to the assigned market.
  7. Make parameter change recommendations, for network optimization.
  8. Oversee system drive tests to optimize the network.
Years of Experience: Range: 4-8 years. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering

Design Engineer:
  1. Work independently on engineering tasks assigned, with final approval from senior engineers.
  2. Train Associate engineers on engineering topics for their coaching and development.
  3. Proficient in the use of design software, such as CellCAD, Wizard, Odessey, etc.
  4. Able to perform tasks such as frequency planning, optimization, design, drive tests, etc.
  5. Market visits for equipment installations, and testing.
  6. Proficient in the use of other software’s such as MapInfo, ArcView, excel, MS Office, etc.
  7. Supervise drive test teams, with route preparations, equipment usage, etc.
  8. Post process drive test data and make recommendations, based on the drives test data.
Years of Experience: Range: 2-4 years.

Associate Engineer:
    Work on assigned engineering tasks such as network design using software’s such as CellCAD, Wizard, Odessey, etc.
    Work on post processing of drive test data, used for network optimization.
    Conduct drive tests, to verify parameter settings, in order to optimize the network.
    Frequency planning.
    Prepare plots for review of coverage design, and interference.
